Antique Very Rare WMF Musical Figural Cherubs Art Nouveau Decorated Vase

The bottom has lost a lot of its plate. Ime not sure what the top is made of but it looks like spelter? The guitar looks a bit bent. You can see the solder were all the cherubs and flowers are attached I would have thought once polished this would hardly notice. The top rim is slightly misshaped
